Payment and Delivery Policy

Online payments are processed efficiently and securely with Barclaycard, using MasterCard and Visa's authentication services for added security. If you are not yet registered and are given the option to register, it is strongly recommended you do, for safer online shopping and peace of mind.

Bank Transfers, and Cheques drawn on a UK bank are accepted - there is a 5 working day clearing time for cheques, after which we can dispatch your order.

All items required to be posted are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteed for the next working day after posting, and require a signature.

We can only post within the UK, and, if payment is by Credit/Debit card, to the same address your card is registered at.

Ring sizing generally takes approx. 2 working days. Special orders and remakes can take between 1 and 4 weeks, within which time we will keep you up to date with progress via email or telephone. See each individual items page for delivery times.

Delivery times quoted are an indication only, based on past performance. If this is critical to your order, please call or email to check, if we haven't confirmed already.

A minimum 10% deposit will be required for special orders with the balance being due when your order is ready to dispatch.

Returns Policy

Our jewellery is manufactured to a high standard, but in the rare event that a manufacturing fault does occur, you should bring or return it to us using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service and an exchange or refund will be arranged upon receipt and checking.

We take great pride in our jewellery and we want our customers to love it as much as we do. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase we insist you return it within 14 days, unworn and in the same packaging, and exchange it for something you will love or a refund.

Regretfully, special orders cannot be returned unless an error has been made by us.

All diamonds herein supplied have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations resolutions. The seller hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier.

It is normal practice for coloured gemstones to be subjected to various treatments to improve their colour/lustre, such as emeralds are often impregnated with oil and sapphires are generally heat-treated to improve their colour. Our coloured stones have not been subjected to unacceptable treatments such as glass filling and surface diffusion. Neither have our diamonds been subjected to any unethical treatments. On the unlikely occasion that a lasered or non-natural fancy-coloured diamond has been used it will be fully disclosed in the description.

Reasonable care has been taken by us to make sure all diamond and gemstone weights and descriptions are correct.

Not all diamond sizes and grades, as specified on the option lists, are certified. Smaller sizes and lower grades generally aren't - unless vvs+. Larger sizes and high grades generally are. If this is a particular requirement, please let us know.

If we cannot fulfil your order to the exact grade required we will offer you the closest available - if a lower grade, then at a lower price, if at a higher grade we will do our best to keep the same price.

We haven't mentioned much about diamond cuts and makes outside of the 'About Diamonds' section because 1)everyone has their own preference, and 2)we don't want to confuse or bore you - but we love talking about diamond cuts and makes, so feel free to discuss it with us as much as you like.
Generally, stones that are over thick or over flat can be sold at a discount.

Your purchase is insured in transit to you. Upon receipt, it is your responsibility to insure it against theft, loss, and accidental damage. Care should be taken not to expose jewellery to extreme temperatures, pressures or forces.

Price fluctuations are due to the dollar to sterling rate. This is fixed at the price displayed when you place your order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order deemed to be suspicious, if pricing errors are made by us, or for any other reason.

We take our responsibilities regarding the security of information you provide us very seriously. We are not in the business of selling on personal information. All information provided by you shall remain strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose with which it was given, to provide you with the best service we can.

We may disclose your information if we are required to do so by any law or other regulatory or government authority.

Our website makes use of 'cookies' in order to enable online shopping. Cookies are pieces of information that are stored by the browser on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies enable us to process your order from start to finish. Cookies can be deleted from your hard drive or you can configure your web browser so that it rejects cookies.
