Payment and Delivery Policy

By Credit/Debit card - Payment is accepted by most major credit and debit cards. We are in the process of setting up a secure online payment system, so that you will also have the option of buying directly from our website.

By Bank Transfer - This is the safest method of payment. Once you've placed an order, we will send you the details you need to complete the transaction.

By Cheque drawn on a UK bank - This would take 5 working days to clear, after which we can send you your order.

For most of our jewellery - we can hold it with a deposit, and give you the option of paying for over or after an agreed period of time. Please call or email to discuss this if it would be useful to you.

All items required to be posted are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteed for the next day, and require a signature.

Ring sizing generally takes approx. 2 working days. Remaking a piece of jewellery - for instance, if you wanted it in a different setting - can take between 1 and 4 weeks.

Delivery times quoted are an indication only, based on past performance. If this is critical to your order, please call or email to check, if we haven't confirmed already.

Returns Policy

Our jewellery is manufactured to a high standard, but in the rare event that a manufacturing fault does occur, you should bring or return it to us using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service and an exchange or refund will be arranged upon receipt and checking.

We take great pride in our jewellery and we want our customers to love it as much as we do. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase we insist you return it within 14 days, unworn and in the same packaging, and exchange it for something you will love or a refund.

Regretfully, special orders cannot be returned unless an error has been made by us.

All diamonds herein supplied have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations resolutions. The seller hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier.

It is normal practice for coloured gemstones to be subjected to various treatments to improve their colour/lustre, such as emeralds are often impregnated with oil and sapphires are generally heat-treated to improve their colour. Our coloured stones have not been subjected to unacceptable treatments such as glass filling and surface diffusion. Neither have our diamonds been subjected to any unethical treatments. On the unlikely occasion that a lasered or non-natural fancy-coloured diamond has been used it will be fully disclosed in the description.

Reasonable care has been taken by us to make sure all diamond and gemstone weights and descriptions are correct.

Your purchase is insured in transit to you. Upon receipt, it is your responsibility to insure it against theft, loss, and accidental damage. Care should be taken not to expose jewellery to extreme temperatures, pressures or forces.

All goods remain the property of eSparklers until payment is recieved in full. You, in the meantime, are held responsible for any loss or damage, howsoever caused from when the goods are delivered.

We reserve the right to cancel any order deemed to be suspicious, if pricing errors are made by us, or for any other reason.

We take our responsibilities regarding the security of information you provide us very seriously. We are not in the business of selling on personal information. All information provided by you shall remain strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose with which it was given, to provide you with the best service we can.

We may disclose your information if we are required to do so by any law or other regulatory or government authority.

This Website may make use of 'cookies' and tracking software. Cookies are pieces of information that are stored by the browser on the hard drive of your computer.
